Exercise and Self Esteem
Speaking of self esteem and being healthy, exercise is the best medicine. This doesn’t mean that you have to join an expensive health club to exercise.
I have found that the best exercise is walking. And guess what it doesn’t cost anything.
I also keep a set of inexpensive hand weights at home to work out my arms a few times per week.
I like to get my exercise without really think about it. I try to walk everywhere and like to ride my bike on the weekends.
