Libations: Wine, Beer and Spirits
Some people believe that you have to spend a lot of money to get a good bottle of wine. This is simply not true. There are many outstanding wines available for less than $10 per bottle.
These are just a few, I highly recommend that try as many different varieties as you can. You will find some that you like and some that you don’t. A good way to track what you like is by keeping a “wine journal”. A wine journal is simple to create…all you need is a notebook and pen. As you try various bottles of wine, list them in your journal. It is fun to write down your thoughts on the wine. Some people have developed their palate and can identify various hints of flavors in the wine.

I find that besides being expensive, I never feel very good the next day after I’ve had a few drinks. So, it is my preference to stick to beer or wine. But even drinking beer or wine, one must remember that to drink in moderation.
